IMPORTANT: In addition to fees listed below, please see insurance requirements in Section #15 in Terms and Conditions and applicable permits in Section #9. Anyone presenting at the Hoopla will need to submit an insurance form, unless otherwise directed by the event hosts.
Presenters: There are no fees.
Non-Profit Exhibitors & Vendors: $150
For-Profit Exhibitors & Vendors : $275 (Includes $25 For-Profit, Park Use Permit)
Food Service: $125 (Includes $25 For-Profit Park Use Permit) (Percentage of sales to be calculated after event.)
Individual Practitioner: $125 (Includes $25 For-Profit, Park Use Permit)
Any Vendor or Exhibitor handling unpackaged food will need a Food License. Temporary Food License: $30
